Easy to Make Pie Crust Recipe

Makes 2 pie crusts

Directions

First, place the flour, sugar and salt in a processor and blend. Next, blend the margarine with the flour mixture by turning the processor on and off.

Second, add the 5 tablespoons of ice water to the dough and mix with fork until it becomes lumpy.

Finally, remove the dough from the processor and divide in half. Flatten the two pieces into a disk and place them in plastic to refrigerate for an hour.

Tip: the crust can be made 3 days in advance, if left in the fridge. For parties make the crust early and fill with preferred filling the morning of the event.
